Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
9:00am-1:00pm

Please sign up online ( by clicking "Sign up for Classes Online" then "Babysitting" ) to ensure the sitter will have space. You may cancel your reservation up to one hour before class time with no penalty.

Rachel E. Aram ( DBA cardio-tone ) does not provide childcare service. Some cardio-tone staff also work as independent babysitters, offering their services to cardio-tone clients. You may hire these staff as babysitters but, like any babysitter, you are taking a risk in doing so.
