I like to provide a diversity of music that keeps people motivated, entertained and challenged. I use world music, rock, hip hop and jazz in various combinations. Drina Boban I started working out 20 years ago and have been hooked ever since. I love being fit and am constantly trying different activities to keep my body challenged and strong. Over the past 10 years, I’ve participated in numerous races ranging from cycling road races and criteriums to marathons, 10k’s and triathlons. I’ve worked with many different trainers and coaches who’ve helped me get stronger, faster and more focused resulting in a 12th place finish at the 2005 USA Triathlon National Age Group Championships. Although I no longer race competitively, I’m still an avid cyclist and runner and enjoy working on my strength, balance and flexibility both at the gym and outdoors. I’m now an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and am very excited about turning others on to the endorphin rush of a great, sweaty, satisfying work out. I firmly believe you can exercise hard while having fun, feeling fantastic and meeting your fitness goals. Let’s get stronger, faster, and more fit together.

Carolyn Roney  "Being active has always been a part of my life. After completing a couple of half marathons I found spin classes as a great way to cross train. I enjoyed taking spin so much that I quickly knew that I wanted to become certified as an instructor and creatively orchestrate and teach my own classes with my own music mixes. After becoming certified I began to teach three classes a week at Sierra Athletic Club in South Lake Tahoe where I also enjoyed my share of backpacking and snowboarding. Although I no longer race competitively, I’m still an avid cyclist and runner and enjoy working on my strength, balance and flexibility both at the gym and outdoors. I’m now an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and am very excited about turning others on to the endorphin rush of a great, sweaty, satisfying work out."
